High-speed doors are designed for rapid operation, frequent use, and controlled environments where efficiency and performance are critical. High speed fabric roll up doors
At Alpha Door Systems, our high-speed doors are manufactured using durable PVC fabric (900 / 1200 gsm) and are available in sizes up to 6000 mm (W) × 6000 mm (H), with operating speeds of up to 2.0 m/s. Designed for indoor applications, they enable fast and efficient movement between controlled areas while helping maintain temperature and reduce contamination.
Equipped with safety features such as photocells and safety barriers, the doors can be operated via push button, radar, magnetic loop, pull switch, or remote control.
We offer two types:

High speed Fabric Fold up Doors
At Alpha Door Systems, our high-speed fabric fold-up doors are engineered for large openings where speed, safety, and wind resistance are critical. Constructed with a robust steel frame structure covered with high-strength PVC fabric (900 / 1200 gsm), these doors are designed to withstand wind speeds of up to 150 km/h, ensuring reliable operation in demanding conditions.
With maximum dimensions of 12000 mm (W) × 10000 mm (H) and operating speeds of approximately 0.7 m/s, these doors provide efficient access while maintaining structural stability, making them ideal for industrial, logistics, and large facility applications.
High speed Spiral insulated Sectional doors
At Alpha Door Systems, our spiral high-speed doors are designed to separate areas with different thermal and acoustic requirements while ensuring fast and efficient operation. Constructed with high-density polyethylene and supported by aluminium or double-walled steel structures, they provide excellent insulation and durability.
Featuring double-skinned insulated laths (40 / 50 / 80 mm) and optional polycarbonate vision panels, these doors are suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. With maximum dimensions of 6500 mm (W) × 6000 mm (H) and speeds up to 1.5 m/s, they deliver reliable performance in demanding environments.
